i've been saving up for a while, and have finally saved up enough money to buy my very own chanel bag. *yay!* i'm now waiting for an opportunity to drive down to portland. hopefully they have the red 2.55 reissue bag that i've been longing for ✗ ♥ ✗ ♥.
for some reason though, i know that even after i buy that bag, i will not stay content for long. every time i clear up my wishlist, i come up with a set of new items i want to buy. it seems as though i'm going after a wild chase of one item after another. after a while, a new pair of branded shoes, a new bag, or a new dress is my form of consolation to my own insecurities.
then again, contentment is the start of complacency.
